Questions we get asked most
Will it fit my feet?
Almost certainly. The opening takes US sizes 4 to 13 and is built wide, so broad feet and high insteps sit comfortably too. If your feet are at the very top of that range you'll still get full coverage — you just won't have much room to rotate them inside.
Is it too strong? Will it hurt?
Not unless you want it to be. There are three intensity levels — start on low for your first few sessions and work up. Most people settle on medium in the evening, and drop back to low on days their feet are already sore.
Is it safe to leave running?
Yes. An NTC sensor holds the heat between 113 and 131°F and stops it climbing higher, and the 15-minute timer switches the whole unit off by itself. Most people use it under a desk while they work or on the sofa while they doze off. As with any heated appliance, keep it dry and unplug it after use.
How often can I use it, and when will I notice a difference?
Daily is fine — most people do one 15-minute session in the evening. The first session already feels good. The change people talk about comes after a week or two of using it consistently, when heavy, aching feet stop being the default at the end of the day. SensaTherm 2 is a comfort and relaxation device, not a medical one.
When will it arrive, and what if I don't get on with it?
Orders leave within 1–2 working days and arrive in 5 to 12, tracked, with a link so you can follow the parcel. Once it's with you, you have 30 days: use it every evening, and if your feet don't feel different, message us and we'll refund you in full.
